PIERRE FERRAND AMBRE Cognac

The Ambre is pure warm comfort. Mellow, rounded, richly aromatic, redolent of prunes and apricots and peaches, it had surprisingly little wood evident. Instead there was light spicy cinnamon and a whisper of vanilla. There's a distinct floral note of roses as well, and a wonderful whiff of fresh fruit pastries baking in the oven, with a wisp of almond paste or marzipan. All Ferrand cognacks are devided from vineyards in the heart of the chalk-rich and mineral-laden soil of the Grande Champagne region.

FIFTY POUNDS Gin

Fifty Pounds Gin is produced in a small and legendary distillery located in the south-east of London, with a tradition of more than two centuries behind it. The method is carried out in a still manufactured by the legendary John Dore & Co Limited, in which a perfectly balanced, secret combination of herbs, spices, fruits and flowers, together with grain spirit (a neutral alcohol, previously distilled four times to achieve a greater purity) is distilled.

The distiller, Master of the Worshipful Company of Distillers, has made use of the process used centuries ago, known as Batch Process Distillation, which is the purest and most efficient way of obtaining ‘the finest gin spirit’.
This is a delicate and painstaking process, involving the Master Distiller throwing away both the ‘heads’ and ‘tails’ of the distillate, selecting only the ‘heart’, right at the point when the taste and alcohol content are optimum. Then the spirit is thrice filtered, reducing any further impurities and achieving optimum smoothness.

The resulting distillate is left to settle for no less than three weeks, thus allowing the botanicals’ essentials oils to blend perfectly with the grain spirit.
The final step towards achieving the precious gin is to balance the distillate obtained with the same type of neutral alcohol, together with demineralised water, to achieve the perfect balance and alcohol content.

The resulting bottle-ready gin has an alcohol content of 43.5% – the ideal percentage for drinking – whether neat, with tonic, or in a dry martini. A higher alcohol content risks distorting the combinations and a lower percentage would rob the combinations of character.

NO 3 LONDON DRY Gin

No.3 is the London Dry Gin distilled to a proprietary recipe of Berry Bros. & Rudd, London's oldest wine and spirit merchant. The name No.3 refers to the address in St James's Street, London: our home since 1698. No.3 was created to be the last word in gin for a Dry Martini.

'A Taste of Tradition': With juniper at its heart, it unashamedly celebrates the integrity and character of traditional London Dry Gin: three fruits and three spices distilled in traditional copper pot stills.

Three fruits: Juniper, from Italy, not only gives gin its name, but also the unmistakable gin taste of pine and lavender. Sweet Spanish orange peel provides freshness in the form of clean, crisp citrus. Grapefruit peel gives an extra zingy lift.

Three spices: Angelica root delivers an earthy quality and helps to make the gin dry. Moroccan coriander seed releases a lemon flavour and a spicy, slightly peppery finish. And finally, cardamom pods which add a spicy, aromatic, yet warm bite.

DEATH'S DOOR Gin

Death’s Door Gin has a surprisingly simple botanical mix of organic juniper berries, coriander and fennel. Using juniper berries that grow wild on Washington Island with coriander and fennel sourced from within the state, Death’s Door Spirits is able to showcase how complimentary and complex simple expressions can be.
Death’s Door Gin employs a 60:40 mix of organic Washington Island wheat and organic malted barley from Chilton, Wisconsin.
This Gin has a full London Dry flavor without all of the bitterness because of our distillation process and the grains we use. In fact, you can taste all three botanicals: loaded juniper berries up front; spicy, citrusy notes from the coriander seeds in the mid-palate; and a soft, cooling finish provided by the fennel seeds.
Death’s Door is big enough to stand up to classic or vintage cocktail treatment, but soft enough to be enjoyed on the rocks or as a dry martini

Spelt grain is grown with out the use of pesticides and fertilisers, and typically is bought for 4 or 5 times the price of winter wheat or rye grains.
Snow Leopard vodka is distilled six times using natural spring water to achieve perfection. Produced in small batches each bottle is of the very highest quality. Having won the Gold Medal at the Beverage Testing Institute, Chicago, Snow Leopard is graded by experts as "exceptional".

MAMONT Vodka

Crystal-clear Mamont is like no other vodka. Outstandingly smooth, delicate and rich toned, its secret lies in uniquely Siberian ingredients and craftsmanship.

Production begins with exceptionally pure water from Siberian artesian wells, filtered through layers of volcanic rock. Grains of finest local wheat are carefully selected. These are painstakingly distilled again and again. A unique treatment with Siberian birch charcoal and triple filtration allow the vodka to achieve a purity, clarity and smoothness close to perfection.

As a special touch, cedar nuts are added as they used to be eaten by the mammoths who roamed the area. Today, like the unique tusk-shaped bottle, they are a reminder of Mamont's Siberian heritage.

ICEBERG Vodka

Iceberg Vodka is made from pure arctic ice water from the polar region, which was formed by the accumulation of snow thousands of years ago. The ice is originated on a depth of approximately 60 to 70 meters in the center of the glacier, by compression of century-old snow layers. Because of their heavy weight, the glaciers slide towards the sea with a speed of 7 kilometers per year. By reaching the sea, the front edge is not longer supported by the land and parts of this immense glacier finally break down and drop into the sea.

These icebergs have been concluded from the outer world for thousands of years and thus do not contain any modern pollutants. Unlike mineral and spring iceberg water, Iceberg water does not contain any minerals, as this water never came in touch with the earth. For this reason we can say that iceberg water is the purest natural water on this planet.

Besides the use of the most clean and purest water, Iceberg Vodka is made out of one of the best quality gold corn in the world, Canadian Sweet Corn. To get the best out of the Canadian Sweet Corn and gain the best quality and the purest taste, the Vodka is triple distilled.
