Hennessy Fine de Cognac is a harmonious blend of about 60 floral and fruity eaux de vie originating from the first four growing areas of the delimited region of Cognac, with a predominance of Fins Bois. The mastery of the ageing process in tawny casks, with a limited and progressive contribution from the wood, enables these delicate eaux-de-vie, aged from about 4 to 10 years, to reveal the subtleties of their aromas and to convey, on the finish, lingering notes of oak.
