The Ambre is pure warm comfort. Mellow, rounded, richly aromatic, redolent of prunes and apricots and peaches, it had surprisingly little wood evident. Instead there was light spicy cinnamon and a whisper of vanilla. There's a distinct floral note of roses as well, and a wonderful whiff of fresh fruit pastries baking in the oven, with a wisp of almond paste or marzipan. All Ferrand cognacks are devided from vineyards in the heart of the chalk-rich and mineral-laden soil of the Grande Champagne region.

Fifty Pounds Gin is produced in a small and legendary distillery located in the south-east of London, with a tradition of more than two centuries behind it. The method is carried out in a still manufactured by the legendary John Dore & Co Limited, in which a perfectly balanced, secret combination of herbs, spices, fruits and flowers, together with grain spirit (a neutral alcohol, previously distilled four times to achieve a greater purity) is distilled.

The distiller, Master of the Worshipful Company of Distillers, has made use of the process used centuries ago, known as Batch Process Distillation, which is the purest and most efficient way of obtaining ‘the finest gin spirit’.
This is a delicate and painstaking process, involving the Master Distiller throwing away both the ‘heads’ and ‘tails’ of the distillate, selecting only the ‘heart’, right at the point when the taste and alcohol content are optimum. Then the spirit is thrice filtered, reducing any further impurities and achieving optimum smoothness.

The resulting distillate is left to settle for no less than three weeks, thus allowing the botanicals’ essentials oils to blend perfectly with the grain spirit.
The final step towards achieving the precious gin is to balance the distillate obtained with the same type of neutral alcohol, together with demineralised water, to achieve the perfect balance and alcohol content.

The resulting bottle-ready gin has an alcohol content of 43.5% – the ideal percentage for drinking – whether neat, with tonic, or in a dry martini. A higher alcohol content risks distorting the combinations and a lower percentage would rob the combinations of character.

Don Fulano Blanco is a superb and delicate spirit with an incomarable aromatic complexity. It is the quintessence of the blue agave and of the rich red soil, characteristic of the higlands of Jalisco where it grows for around 10 years. It has no exposure to wood, only a 60 days rest in stainless steel. Its particular distillation gives this Blanco an exceptional smoothness to sip and enjoy profoundly.

No.3 is the London Dry Gin distilled to a proprietary recipe of Berry Bros. & Rudd, London's oldest wine and spirit merchant. The name No.3 refers to the address in St James's Street, London: our home since 1698. No.3 was created to be the last word in gin for a Dry Martini.

'A Taste of Tradition': With juniper at its heart, it unashamedly celebrates the integrity and character of traditional London Dry Gin: three fruits and three spices distilled in traditional copper pot stills.

Three fruits: Juniper, from Italy, not only gives gin its name, but also the unmistakable gin taste of pine and lavender. Sweet Spanish orange peel provides freshness in the form of clean, crisp citrus. Grapefruit peel gives an extra zingy lift.

Three spices: Angelica root delivers an earthy quality and helps to make the gin dry. Moroccan coriander seed releases a lemon flavour and a spicy, slightly peppery finish. And finally, cardamom pods which add a spicy, aromatic, yet warm bite.

Death’s Door Gin has a surprisingly simple botanical mix of organic juniper berries, coriander and fennel. Using juniper berries that grow wild on Washington Island with coriander and fennel sourced from within the state, Death’s Door Spirits is able to showcase how complimentary and complex simple expressions can be.
Death’s Door Gin employs a 60:40 mix of organic Washington Island wheat and organic malted barley from Chilton, Wisconsin.
This Gin has a full London Dry flavor without all of the bitterness because of our distillation process and the grains we use. In fact, you can taste all three botanicals: loaded juniper berries up front; spicy, citrusy notes from the coriander seeds in the mid-palate; and a soft, cooling finish provided by the fennel seeds.
Death’s Door is big enough to stand up to classic or vintage cocktail treatment, but soft enough to be enjoyed on the rocks or as a dry martini

Snow Leopard vodka is made in Poland by Polmos Lublin, one the world's finest vodka distilleries. For over 100 years Polmos Lublin has been recognised for producing some of the best vodka due to its skill, experience and sophisticated distillation process.
Breaking new ground Snow Leopard is the first luxury vodka made from the rare Spelt grain. Affectionately known as "the grandfather of all grains" Spelt was first farmed more than 5000 years ago by the Egyptians.
Spelt has a distinct nutty fresh taste. Its tough husk protects the grain from external pollutants as well as retaining nutrients resulting in a freshness not found in any other grain. Spelt grain is grown with out the use of pesticides and fertilisers, and typically is bought for 4 or 5 times the price of winter wheat or rye grains.
Snow Leopard vodka is distilled six times using natural spring water to achieve perfection. Produced in small batches each bottle is of the very highest quality. Having won the Gold Medal at the Beverage Testing Institute, Chicago, Snow Leopard is graded by experts as "exceptional".

Crystal-clear Mamont is like no other vodka. Outstandingly smooth, delicate and rich toned, its secret lies in uniquely Siberian ingredients and craftsmanship.

Production begins with exceptionally pure water from Siberian artesian wells, filtered through layers of volcanic rock. Grains of finest local wheat are carefully selected. These are painstakingly distilled again and again. A unique treatment with Siberian birch charcoal and triple filtration allow the vodka to achieve a purity, clarity and smoothness close to perfection.

As a special touch, cedar nuts are added as they used to be eaten by the mammoths who roamed the area. Today, like the unique tusk-shaped bottle, they are a reminder of Mamont's Siberian heritage.

Iceberg Vodka is made from pure arctic ice water from the polar region, which was formed by the accumulation of snow thousands of years ago. The ice is originated on a depth of approximately 60 to 70 meters in the center of the glacier, by compression of century-old snow layers. Because of their heavy weight, the glaciers slide towards the sea with a speed of 7 kilometers per year. By reaching the sea, the front edge is not longer supported by the land and parts of this immense glacier finally break down and drop into the sea.

These icebergs have been concluded from the outer world for thousands of years and thus do not contain any modern pollutants. Unlike mineral and spring iceberg water, Iceberg water does not contain any minerals, as this water never came in touch with the earth. For this reason we can say that iceberg water is the purest natural water on this planet.

Besides the use of the most clean and purest water, Iceberg Vodka is made out of one of the best quality gold corn in the world, Canadian Sweet Corn. To get the best out of the Canadian Sweet Corn and gain the best quality and the purest taste, the Vodka is triple distilled.

Patron Anejo is a delicate blend of uniquely aged tequilas. As in many premium red wines the blends must be adjusted for each vintage. The same care and attention is paid when blending Patron Anejo. All the aged tequilas are aged in small, white oak barrels.
Patron Tequila, like the great wines and congacs of the world, is exceptional for a reason. It begins with the finest growing region in Mexico. High in the mountains of Jalisco exists a region which allows with perfect soil and climate which allows the sugar and acid balances of the Weaber Tequilana Blue Agave to mature and produce an 'Agave Pina' unequalled elsewhere in the world.
Like premium wine grapes, the sugar acid balance must be perfect before harvest.
Patron tequilas are the only tequilas truly produced in the traditional handmade fashion.
After harvest the 'pina' are carefully selected, trimmed and then slowly steam baked.
When cooked to perfection, the 'pina' is macerated with large, natural, stone-milling wheels. The fermentation is done with the fiber of the 'pina' which helps impart its unique flavour and smoothness. After a double distillation process the tequila is aged in small oak barrels. When properly aged the tequila is fine filtered and ready for careful hand bottling.
Each bottle is invidually signed and given a unique bottle number due to the limited number produced.

Bulleit Bourbon is distilled and aged in small batches and stored in a single-story warehouse which reduces inconsistencies in the maturation process. Bulleit Bourbon is aged in American White Oak barrels that are flame charred, giving the bourbon some of its colour and flavour. It is aged not a drop less than 6 years, creating maturity and smoothness. The final, 90 proof product is formulated by mingling, not blending, two and sometimes three of the distillates to ensure consistency in the nose and taste.

Bulleit Bourbon uses only the highest quality ingredients and follows the 175-year-old recipe of Augustus. Bulleit Bourbon is produced with a high rye content and proprietary grains and yeasts. Rare among bourbon producers, Bulleit Bourbon has its own Grain Division, which acquires distiller's grade grains grown to Bulleit's specification. Their skills in fine food and drink would have included the art of distilling, especially the use of the wild hazelnuts and other local ingredients to create a liqueur on which Frangelico is based today.
Frangelico’s irresistible hazelnut taste starts with some very special hazelnuts. They even have their own name - Tonda Gentile - and are a speciality of the northern Italian region of Piedmont where Frangelico is produced. The recipe for Citadelle Gin was developed by a distillery in Dunkirk in 1771. Dunkirk was one of the first ports of call in Europe for many explorers sailing back from the Orient, whose ships were laden with exotic herbs and spices.
Citadelle is made according to principles laid down in the original recipe. Although the production techniques have improved over the centuries, we still use the same 19 botanicals listed in the original recipe.
Citadelle is the only gin in the world made with 19 different botanicals, giving the gin a unique, complex, well-balanced flavour. The secret recipe is known only by the master distiller. In keeping with the traditions of the first European trading captains of the 17th century, only the finest spices are used. This unrivalled variety of spices comes from many distant and diverse places: Juniper, France; Coriander, Morocco; Orange peel, Mexico; Cardamom, India; Liquorice, China; Cubeb pepper, Java; Savory, France; Fennel, Mediterranean; Iris, Italy; Cinnamon, Sri Lanka; Violets, France; Almonds, Spain; Cassia, Indochina; Angelica, Germany; Grains of paradise, West Africa; Cumin, Holland; Nutmeg, India, Lemon rind, Spain, Star anise, France.
Citadelle is triple-distilled from wheat and spring water. Before being steeped in neutral alcohol, the botanicals are carefully selected and then placed in a specific bag. This infusion is then distilled to capture each separate aroma, so that the intermingled, complex flavours can develop independently

Paul Pacult's Spirits Journal has ranked the Boyd & Blair Vodka as the 22nd best spirit in the world, making it the Spirits Journal's top ranked Vodka. Pacult opines, "Wow, this aroma comes flying out of the glass in waves of white potato, starch, and parchment; seven more minutes of aeration don't greatly alter the aromatic profile, but there is a noticeable deepening of the established scents, especially the raw white potato element. Entry is nothing short of luscious, semisweet, chewy, and smooth; midpalate adds cocoa bean, maple, and honey. Aftertaste is graceful, solid, and simply delicious. The best small-scale vodka I've had since the 45th Parallel. So sumptuous and tasty that it's spectacular tasted neat.

Master of rums and the flagship of the house, Santa Teresa 1796 results from a careful blend of Santa Teresa’s finest aged spirits ranging from 4 to 35 years that is then further aged in a style borrowed from the Spanish sherry producers. Santa Teresa 1796 is the first premium añejo rum in the world to be aged in the Solera method: a cascade process in four levels of oak barrels that combines barrel ageing and cask "crianzas." The blend of añejo (aged) rums enters the top barrels and is aged until it reaches a desired level of maturity. Half of the contents of the top barrels are then transferred to the oakbarrels below that have also had half of their contents removed and transferred to the barrels below and so on until the fourth set of barrels. When the cascade is concluded, the golden liquid is transferred to large Limousin oak casks that, again, are only ever half emptied thus producing even softer and rounder rum. This system is unique in Venezuela and the Rum industry.

This, The London Dry Gin, is distilled from the finest English Barley spirit using 10 carefully selected botanicals, and blended with the exceptionally pure water of Lydwell spring, (a source of the River Thames). The result is an interpretation of the classic London Dry style that pays homage to its heritage, tasting particularly dry with a wonderful burst of juniper and a zesty, citrus freshness. One of the most interesting new Gins to emerge for quite some time.

GLENFIDDICH 12 YO Single Malt Scoch Whisky

Excellent single-malt whisky from the Glenfiddich distillery (which in the Scottish language means “Deer Valley”) is located in a picturesque valley of Fiddich river. The secret of the taste of this 12-year-old whisky lies in its distillate being composed on the basis of cereal and crystal-clear water derived exclusively from Robbie Dhu springs, as well as its 12 year minimum maturing process in oak casks, previously holding Cuban rum, USA bourbon or Spanish sherry. The mild taste of fresh pear and oak flavor are distinguishing marks of this whisky.

The Balvenie Single Barrel is a 15 year old single malt which is drawn from a single traditional oak whisky cask of a single distillation. Whilst each cask is subtly different, The Balvenie Malt Master selects only those casks which have the essential characteristics of The Balvenie Single Barrel, particularly honey, vanilla and oaky notes. Each bottling forms a limited edition of no more than 350 hand-numbered bottles - so each bottle is unique and unrepeatable.

MATA HARI Absinthe

Mata Hari is an elegantly flavored, authentic, mixable absinthe made with Grand Wormwood which boasts a natural, authentic herbal green color and the ability to generate the distinctive "louche" or clouding effect when mixed with cold water. All of this sets Mata Hari apart as truly exceptional, authentic absinthe. "Mata Hari is a great absinthe for the newcomer and absinthe devotee alike," says Gerry Fischer master distiller and great great grandson of the Fischer Family Distillery's founder. "Unlike other absinthes, Mata Hari drinks like a prestige, top shelf liquor. Mata Hari's taste is perfect in a cocktail like a top shelf vodka or gin -- or, it can be enjoyed diluted with water in the traditional manner."

The distillery is located in Woodford County, in central Kentucky. Formerly known as Labrot & Graham's Old Oscar Pepper Distillery, the distillery is approximately eight miles from the town of Versailles off U.S. Route 60, between Interstate 64 and Versailles. Each bottle is numbered with a batch number and bottle number. Woodford Reserve's alcohol content is 45.2% (90.4 Proof). No age statement is listed on the bottle. Potocki Vodka traces its origins back in 1816 when the founder Alffred I Potocki inherited the splendid Łańcut Castle which included Poland's second oldest distillery. Łańcut is located halfway between Krakow and Lvov.
Alfred I Potocki hired specialists to improve quality and increase production capacity. In 1838 he introduced liqueurs and cordials for which the Łańcut distillery quickly achieved notoriety. In 1857 it obtained the special privilege to become a purveyor to the imperial court in Vienna.

Potocki Wódka today is distilled at a small facility surrounded by fields and forests, and it is known for its artisanal approach. Rye is sourced from the fields surrounding the distillery, while the mash is only twice distilled - as every additional run would unnecessarily strip the alcohol of its character.

The distillate is tasted at regular intervals, and only selected when optimum criteria are reached. The resulting pure alcohol is watered down to the required strength and tasted again by Jan-Roman Potocki and the master distiller. The vodka is left to rest for a few days and then bottled without resorting to the customary charcoal filtration.

The taste is soft and slightly sweet at first, with a rich, creamy texture that envelops the mouth. In the finish, it is turning into a long dry finish with nutty notes, the trademark taste of Polish rye vodka.

Cognac of around 40 years of age is something of a rarity. Cellar Master Jean-Philippe Bergier has selected and blended this cognac in collaboration with selected "Bouilleur de Cru" families in Grande Champagne. This limited geographical area is in the heart of Cognac. The soil and climate there are perfect for producing unique and exclusive cognacs that need to mature for a long time before drinking. In this instance only the Ugni Blanc grape has been used. Grande Champagne accounts for only about 18% of total cognac production. This Grande Champagne Très Vieille Réserve has been matured in oak casks from Limousin and only seven 350-litre casks are available.
