MARTELL V.S.O.P MEDALION Cogniac

Martell V.S.O.P Medaillon (Very Superior Old Pale) is smooth and mellow, its fullness holds up well to ice or mixing. The label bears a gold medallion engraved with the portrait of Louis XIV, in the last year of whose reign (1715) Martell was founded. It is golden amber in color with aromas of light grape, some wood, and a touch of vanilla. It tastes smooth and mellow with some complexity. Dry fruit, full, with a hint of sweetness and good length.
